Change of Mind
Change of mind refunds are not automatic however we will consider genuine requests. If you have changed your mind and no longer require an item ordered you may request a refund prior to the item shipping. Change of mind refunds are not available after the item has shipped. Please note that refunds for change of mind will attract a processing fee as outlined below depending on the way you paid for your order. This is the same overall fee we are we are charged by our payment partners for providing you with your refund.
Credit Card: 2% Paypal: 2.0% Afterpay: 8% ZipPay: 7%
In the instance of a customer selecting pick up from store instead of postage and then requesting a refund the change of mind policy will be in place as we are charged by our payment partners for providing you with your refund.
Any refunds will be processed via the original form of payment in the same currency at the current exchange rate. Gametraders Southpoint will not be liable for any movement in exchange rates.
Credit Cards : Payment will be made to the exact same credit card that was used for payment. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to show up on the card.
In the event of your card expiring or being cancelled, the refund will need to be made through Bank Transfer or Paypal. Gametraders Southpoint can not refund money onto a different credit card.
Paypal: Payments will be refunded into a Paypal account if that was the original form of payment.
Refund Process Time.
Returns generally take 2-5 business days to reach our store. Once received, your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
If your item is faulty.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact Gametraders Southpoint within 30 days. They will guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We also request that you take a photo showing the defect/fault to speed up the process and ensure you receive the correct replacement part.
